LEMON CAESAR DRESSING
Of all my dressings, the Lemon Caesar is the lightest. I created this super lemony version to include all the great flavor notes of a Caesar dressing, like garlic and anchovy, in a thinner, easier-to-toss consistency. It also works wonderfully in sandwich salads, like the filling of my salmon lavash wraps.
