Pecan and Goat Cheese Salad
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 2 medium heads Butter Lettuce
- 1/2 small red onion thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup candied pecans
- 2 oz. creamy goat cheese
- 1/3 cup Virginia's Live A Little Mango Lime Dressing
Directions:
Wash butter lettuce and dry thoroughly. Add all ingredients in a large
salad bowl. Toss and serve. Serves 4.
