RED WINE VINAIGRETTE
This dressing holds a special place for me because it was my dad’s special dressing that we grew up on. When I was building my company, my father came to my factory and we developed the recipe using my little Cuisinart. That’s a memory I’ll always cherish.
The key to this dressing’s amazing flavor is the extra strong vinegar with 90% acidity as opposed to standard grocery store vinegar that’s only 50%.
