VERY BLUE CHEESE DRESSING
There’s a reason I called it Very Blue Cheese Dressing, and that’s because I am all about bold, intense flavor. I’ve always been amazed what passes for a blue cheese dressing these days, and those watered down, bland versions just don’t cut it. I use real Wisconsin blue—and lots of it—with no substitutions.
