VERY BLUE CHEESE DRESSING

Buy Bottled Blue Cheese Dressing – Just Like Homemade.

There’s a reason I called it Very Blue Cheese Dressing, and that’s because I am all about bold, intense flavor. I’ve always been amazed what passes for a blue cheese dressing these days, and those watered down, bland versions just don’t cut it. I use real Wisconsin blue—and lots of it—with no substitutions.

For me, real, thick blue cheese dressing is just so homey and comforting. I love to use it on classic dishes like steak and these twice-baked potatoes—an American classic. I load mine up with plenty of scallions, grated parmesan and of course Very Blue Cheese dressing for full-flavored taste.
