Spinach Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup diced chicken (cooked)
- 1/4 bacon pieces
- 5 oz spinach leaves
- 1/2 avocado diced
- Slivered red onion
- 1/2 cup Virginia's Live A Little Mango Lime Dressing
Directions:
Wash spinach and dry thoroughly. Add all ingredients in a large salad
bowl. Toss and serve. Serves 2-3.
